Applicants should have:

• 2 passes in Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination, plus 3 credits in HKCEE (or equivalent), or Level 3 or above in three subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)
• At least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in public enquiry and complaint handling
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:

• Assist in processing complaint cases and written enquiries
• Assist in updating case progress and preparing letters to complainants/traders
• Contact complainants and traders for supporting documents and/or replies
• Prepare complaint statistics upon request
• Take part in onsite inspection as and when required

Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits

Appointment will be offered on one-year fixed term contract. Fringe benefits includepaid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
