Responsibilities:

• Reports to the District Manager
• Lead the sales and operations team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence
• Manage the daily stores operation
• Supervise the team and assist in talent development 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above. Candidates with lower academic qualification but solid relevant experience may also be considered
• Solid experience in fashion retails sector at supervisory /managerial level 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong business acumen and customer service oriented
• Strong leadership skills, good team player and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is an advantage
