Responsibilities:

• To handle walk-in customer on Mobile Phone repairing and sales related matter
• To assist customer trouble shooting
• To collect and process customer feedback and follow up

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Related experience in Telecom or Consumer Electronics Industry
• Fluent Cantonese and basic spoken English and Putonghua
• Calm, patient and be empathetic
• Good communication and listening skills
• Willing to work on roster from Monday to Sunday, including Public Holiday
• Work location: Mongkok
