Based on the successful B2C e-commerce pilot in China, the very large growth potential of the e-commerce market and the growing needs of existing Damco customers we will establish e-commerce as a separate product within the Damco product portfolio. All roles will report to the Global Head of E-Commerce in Hong Kong.

Business Development Manager: will support the Global Head of E-commerce to drive business development for Damco on the global level with the initial focus in Asia. (Click here)

Product Development Manager (GM level): will be responsible for building, growing and driving new e-commerce product offerings cover the global geographic location. (Click here) 

Strategic Partnering Development Manager (GM level): will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating and implementating strategic partnership deals with 3rd party companies in the global e-commerce eco-system to drive the growth for Damco e-commerce business. (Click here)

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Logistics or equivalent.
• 5 years in 3PL / SCM industry.
• Preferably a prior understanding and experience with the Asian market.
• Ability to take a global view.
• Team player with proven ability to work under pressure.
• Effective change agent with ability to adjust change approach based on circumstances.
• Strong drive, initiative and engagement - ability to work self-directed and well organized.
