Job Description
Responsibilities
- Produces, files dispatches all correspondences, faxes, letter dealing with contracts;
- Maintenance of all customer contracts, correspondence and contract files;
- Produces Data Reports when requested;
- Liaise with Operation Manager on all matters and input on contract work;
- Ensures all jobs for contract, tender and temporary work are entered into system;
- Answers queries by client and staffs on Contract and Tender issue; and
- Use Costing Module for contract renewal, temporary jobs, tender & new business.
- Diploma or above in business/ commercial related qualification;
- At least 2 years experience working experience is a must;
- Good English and Chinese writing skill;
- Proven organisation skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skill;
- Immediate available is preferred
