Job Description
• To provide customer service team daily operation including Front line and Call Center
• Handle customer requests, enquires, orders & complaints via incoming calls / emails
• Provide frontline service at counter and able to deal with customer face to face
• Sales order processing and follow up
• To perform administrative support to the team
• To support Ad-hoc events if necessary
• 6 months contract and extend based on performance
Job Requirement
• F.5 or above
• At least 2 year experience in customer service
• Attentive to details, proactive & customer service oriented patient with good telephone manner
• A team player, outgoing and always with SMILE
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill both in Front line and Call Centre
Benefits:
• 5 day work with shift between 12:00 noon – 9:00pm (Mon – Fri) & 12:00 noon – 7:00pm (Sat)
