Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and yearly target
• Oversee day to day retail operations including manpower arrangement, staff training and coaching, customer service quality and inventory control 
• Retain and build on CRM database
• Ensure the store are well maintained and following company's guidelines

Skills and Requirements: 

• 5-10years' experience in fashion/luxury brands retail industry, minimum 2 years supervisory/managerial experience 
• Sales driven and energetic to motivate the sales team 
• Proven sales achievement record in fashion/luxury brands market 
• Strong analytical and attention to details 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Passionate about fashion
• Good PC skills such as MS Office 
• Immediate availability is prior to consideration
