Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and sales target
• Develop and sustain high performance and winning culture
• Develop and maintain high level of service standards to maximize selling opportunities
• Evaluate information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop sales strategies to increase customer acquisition

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

• Degree Holder in any disciplines
• At least 8 years of motor sales experience of which 3 years in management position
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Goal focused and customer oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
