Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Company;
  • Perform reception duties such as handling phone calls, mailing and greeting guests;
  • Prepare staff attendance record;
  • Assist in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements :

  • Form 5 graduate or above. At least 1 year of solid relevant working experience;
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skill is a MUST;
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, willing to learn and take on responsibilities with positive working attitude;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediately available is highly preferable.
