Responsibilities:

• Assist in Sales, Operation and Management affairs
• Provide training to Ticketing and Sales staffs
• Assist Fare System Development
• Resolve & monitor daily Ticketing enquiries and operation
• Liaise with CRS, Airlines & Product Development Team on Sales, Ticketing & Operation issues

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education or above with IATA Certificate in Ticketing
• Minimum 3 years’ fare knowledge and self-ticketing experience in IATA Ticketing Agents (Preferably Agency or Corporate Ticketing)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with capability to work independently
• Higher consideration will be given to candidate with Agency or Corporate Ticketing Supervisory grade. Comprehensive manangement training will be provided
• Knowledge of Abacus,Gagileo,Amadeus is highly preferable
