This is an exciting opportunity for a highly enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic property investment company and to become an integral part of its sales team by supporting key, high performing Sales Consultants.

This role is aligned to one of our Sales Directors and works with them to contribute towards individual and company sales quotas and revenue targets, by organising and maintaining client files. They will assist the Director in preparing documents, arrange meetings and coordinate diaries, and provide support to product launches.

The role will suit an ambitious graduate looking to start their career in real estate investment / business development, or a more experienced administrator looking for a new challenge, perhaps from another industry.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sales Director to ensure they meet monthly and annual sales revenue targets as well as operational and administrative KPIs
• Speaking with existing clients over the telephone to arrange meetings and follow up on legal documentation
• Seeking out and attending networking events with the Sales Director to promote the company’s services
• Speaking with existing and prospective clients to arrange meetings with the Director
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of upcoming product launches as well as existing investment opportunities
• Reading industry news to become conversant with real estate, investment and property related products as well as currency and global economic factors which impact clients’ investment choices
• Keeping abreast of where clients are in the sales process on behalf of the Director, to ensure a smooth sales process through to final execution
• Putting together presentations and other sales materials
• Updating the database and business management suite with all sales activity and using it to track leads and prospects
• Managing the Director’s diary including confirming appointments and keeping track of call backs
• Meeting monthly KPIs related to operational / administrative tasks

Requirements

• Degree caliber candidates (Eg Finance, Real Estate, Business, International Studies)
• A minimum of one years’ experience working in a sales or admin related environment, preferably in either real estate or financial services
• Personable with excellent communication and customer service skills
• A good eye for detail, strong organisational skills and good commercial acumen
• Able and willing to attend occasional networking events
• Able to work calmly under pressure and within a dynamic team
• Able to follow directions from manager and company procedures
• Strong work ethic and able to work with integrity
• Passion for real estate
• Fluent spoken and written English (Cantonese / Mandarin an advantage)
• Valid working visa / right to work in Hong Kong
