Job Description
- F.5 or above, at least 1-5 years customer service experience
- Responsible for data entry, follow up, answer customer's enquiries & complaint
- Occasional visit to customers
- Familiar with PC operation and email applications
- Independent, Mature and good communication skills
- Good command of both spoken / written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with more CS Experience will be considered as Supervisor
- Immediate availablilty is highly perferred
