Job Duties:

• Assisting the Senior Manager in biding the sales tender
• Prepare quotation and order follow up
• Answer clients’ queries on the tender issue
• Inquire and maintain costing data on each tender project
• Work closely with internal & external parties for sales order placement
  
  
  

Requirements:

• HKCEE/ DSE or above
• Sales coordination / sales administration experience is a plus, but Fresh Graduates who are interested are also welcomed
• Good command of English
• Familiar with various MS Office application
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
