Responsibilities

• Maintain routine support of shipping and logistics operations
• Follow up purchase orders and prepare related shipping document
• Liaise with warehouse and forwarders for shipment arrangement
• Perform monthly stock count of consignment counters & its reconciliation
• Handle consignment counter inventory replenishment
• Assist in invoicing and inventory control of consignment counters
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• HKCEE/DSE or above
• At least 2 years related experience, preferably in retail industry
• Capable in handling full set of I/E shipping document & L/C bills
• Familiar with Tradelink I/E declaration
• Able to work independently, well-organized and attend to details
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in Excel is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
