Requirement

• 10+ years in Aviation Industry, preferable on the Business and/or private Aviation Experience; 
• Hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with BD700 Series type rating (Required), EASA license preferable;
• Proven experience as Senior or Lead Captain or other relevant role;
• 1st Class Medical Certificate;
• Minimum 5,000 hours’ total time and 2,000 hours’ PIC JET;
• Extensive liaison experience with the National Aviation Authorities;
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Prior work experience in a fast-paced, complex and high visibility organization;
• Ability to be a self-starter requiring a minimum amount of supervision;
• Has the utmost integrity and discretion; Highly regarded as able to keep confidences and earn the trust and respect of team members and supervisor;
• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated excellent judgment, professionalism and integrity;
• Ability to work in a high performing culture with strong problem solving skills.
