Job Description
Duties:

Communicate with overseas agent, customers and operation staff

Manage customer requests and co-ordinate with related parties

make sure the shipment going smoothly and on time

maintain and develop business with customers
Requirements:

Min two to three years working experience of customer service in freight forwarder industry

Good communication in English and Mandarin
