Requirements:

• F.5 ~F.7 /Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• At least 1 year experience in Logistics field
• Good command of both written and spoken English,  Mandarin will be an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of using WMS will be a plus
• Hard working, responsible and willing to work overtime

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all outgoing shipments are picked /packed correctly and timely;
• Prepare all documents to forwarders / couriers and customers;
• Coordinate with internal departments, forwarders and couriers to ensure that shipments are timely released;
• Ensure all shipments are updated into the system;
• Liaise with customer;
• Prepare billing report;
• Arrange cycle count of customer's inventory regularly, if applicable
