Responsibilities

• Implement and develop current or future aircraft services stations;
• Support aircraft daily operations, including but not limited to ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the aircraft interior and exterior, manage cleaning materials inventory, ensure proper aircraft documents being carried on board Company aircraft, etc;
• Monitor and coach the aircraft cleaners in the work progress and performance in according to company’s standard;
• Develop aircraft services program tasks for continuous improvement and polish in-house capabilities;
• Prepare relevant documents and reports for management review;
• Support Commercial department during contracts negotiation;

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Aviation Industry preferably in Business and / or Private Aviation;
• Good knowledge of aircraft cleaning procedures in accordance with applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manuals;
• Experience on aircraft cleaning, cabin interior repairs such as wood and leather is highly preferred;
• Good organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to independently solve problem, prioritize and manage different projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) applications
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
