Responsibilities

• Arrange cargo pick-up and document pick-up 
• Verify correctness & completeness of documents provided by shippers for all shipments 
• Perform export declaration on behalf of customers when required 
• Issue invoice for payment collection from overseas offices/agents, customers & co-loaders 
• Complete HAWB and MAWB for shipment uplift 
• Prepare related document & shipment report 
• Handle general enquiries from internal departments, customers and overseas offices.

Requirements

• DSE or above 
• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in freight operations related fields is preferred 
• Hands-on PC skill including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing 
• Good Command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin 
• Independent, detail conscious and able to work under pressure 
• Shift duties (including overnight & holidays) are required
