Job Responsibilities :

•  Supervise the China Client Relations Officers
• To be a local conduit for CAAC and ground handlers in China and maintain relationships
• To assist the FOCC team in obtaining permits, parking and slots in China
• To assist the FOCC team in arranging special handling requests in China
• Meet the client at FBO for departures and arrivals to ensure a smooth operation
• Review client satisfaction and help the Manager develop resolutions as issues arise, offer solutions in adverse situations, and educate the clients on aircraft ownership and cost efficiency
• Engage with the crew recruitment process
• Work closely with the management team to maintain 5-star solid business relationship with clients and business partners
• Manage commercial projects as dictated by management 

Job Requirements :

 Education:  

•  Preference will be given to those with tertiary education or equivalent experience

Experience:

• 3 years minimum relevant experience in the business aviation industry, with a minimum of 1 year in customer service and 1 year in operations.
• Experience managing government flights in China
• Experience working with CAAC and Chinese ground handlers directly
• Charter sales experience will be an advantage
• Business Aviation Consulting Experience including (but not limited to) aircraft sales, new and used aircraft delivery, entry into service, and direct interaction with the aircraft owner

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Computer Literate
• Detail oriented
• Intrinsically motivated and pro-active
• Ability to work unsupervised and/or irregular hours as required
• Ability to manage a remote based team
• Strong knowledge of CAAC rules and regulations
