Report to Head of Finance - Asia, the role will provide timely and insightful analysis that enables senior management to make strategic decision so as to sustain growth and profitability in the Region. The role will be responsible for the following job duties:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team in HK to perform all accounting and finance responsibilities including financial accounting, reporting, budget, forecast, costing and P&L analysis. 
• Review and manage the accuracy of month end closing and group consolidation
• Provide FP&A for forecast, budget and business planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements according to corporate standard
• Partner with country financial controller for all reporting and financial analysis
• Financial reports consolidation, development and standardization across the region  
• Assist in the implementation of new ERP system in the region
• Liaise with auditors for yearly audit and review
• Develop, mentor and motivate the team to drive best performance
• Perform other ad hoc projects & duties

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Min 8 years working experience at MNC with regional exposure, with at least 5 years managerial level preferably in retail industry
• Hands-on, responsible, independent, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Willing to work under pressure, deliver results and meet tight deadlines
• Strong Excel skills is a must to cope with extensive management reports
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
