We are a Toy company selling worldwide. Our factory base is in China and our Head Office is in UK.

We are looking for an experienced person who can liaise directly with factories, customers and our UK accounting team.

We seek a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work in a fast-paced environment.

Daily duties will 60% ledger and account clerk duties, 20% general office admin with 20% seasonal work in helping with shipping department.

General Duties:

• To maintain accounting record and file related documents

• Handle daily accounting functions including invoicing and account payable.

• To assist in performing month-end and year-end closing

• To prepare accounting schedules

• To provide assistance in all accounting related duties like reconciliation and invoicing

• Upkeep databases, spreadsheets to allow free flow of information

• General office admin support

• Help to arrange shipments with forwarder/shipping company

• Preparing shipping documents and Tradelink Declarations

• Must able to handle full set of accounting and shipping documents, including I/E & L/C and banking documents

• Provide general admin and clerical support for the team Requirements

• Form 7/Diploma or above with At least 2 years relevant working experience

• A minimum of 2 year's accounting work experience preferable export industry

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

• Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software

• Able to work under pressure, proactive, independent, detail-minded

• Team Player Salary $14-16k HKD per month Double Pay

A HK sourcing and sales office in the TOY industry. We source and buy most of our products from China.

We do both generic and licensed products and we have several Patented items. We also work to source and develop OEM products for our customers.

Our main market is the UK and Europe. We also sell to Australia, North and South America and Asia.

Our customer base is extensive. In the UK we deal with all the major retailers, department stores, supermarkets as well as the independent toy trade. Worldwide, we either use distributors or large retailers in the local markets.

We are based in TST East and our office has a team of 7 people currently.

We manage the QC, shipping and merchandising function from here.
