Job descriptions:

• Organizing and hosting parents talks and event
• Assisting with promotional activities
• Work on strategic sales plan and coordinate with partners (different education institute and centers)
• Help organizing students performance and competition for promoting our course uniqueness
• Work closely with co-workers in other functions, such as advertising, market research, sales
• Prepare sales documentation including quotations, presentation materials and invoices
• Provide assistance in organizing seminars and exhibitions
• Answer inquiry and assist to resolve customers issues
• Provide professional customer service to back up Sales team when needed
• Other paper work, administrative and coordination work in the office
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
• writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
• Contact business development partners to negotiate promotion plan

Requirements:

• University Degree, Major degree in Business or Administration
• Minimum 2 years support/marketing support/client servicing/customer service/administrative experience in any field
• Experience/interest in education /child care is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Well organized, energetic, willing to offer help in the office as a supporting role
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision needed
• Responsible for providing support to the Sales & Marketing Team
• Work on weekends and public holidays
