1. Handling day to day correspondence with the assigned vessel and manning agents related for crewing matters.
2. Vetting CVs of all candidates & obtain approval before deployment on board & arrange briefing at manager’s and owner’s office.
3. Monitoring of crew certificates, performance,  maintaining appraisal reports and send notice to manning agents for expiring and missing certificates.
4. Coordinate & arrange Air Tickets / hotel / transportation for crew joining/leaving vessels.
5. Maintains a record of correspondence with insurance companies & liaison work with P&I correspondents.
6. Filing of all manning reports & maintaining the filing system.
7. Handling day to day operations for crewing and manning
8. Correspond with Flag State related to crew licenses & dispensation.
9. Monitoring & maintaining records related to crewing matters like overtime records, work/rest periods from the ship.
10. All crew files to maintain up to date / every month crew change / crew overdue status to maintain in common folder/ also maintain medical & P and I cases up to date. 
11. Jobs as assigned on adhoc basis by department.     
12. Who have had proper exposure to such job responsib
13. Education level : F.6 or above
14. Good command of both written and spoken English
15. also those with limited experience/exposure but willing to learn
