Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and personal support to  senior management;
• Prepare various correspondence, teleconferences/ reports, minutes and presentation materials in a professional manner and a good sense of priority;
• Maintain senior managements’ calendar, including scheduling and organization of meetings;
• Manage travel arrangements, work closely with hotel vendor and travel agency for all related matter, such as accommodation arrangements, visa application, travel itinerary;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with formal secretarial training; 
• At least 5 - 8 years’ proven track record of serving management team in the same capacity;
• Proactive, mature, detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and independent; 
• Demonstrate high level of professional integrity; 
• Good communications, interpersonal and organization skills;
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese, Native Mandarin speaker is highly preferred; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
