HR & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (HONG KONG)

Our client are urgently seeking a Human Resources & Administration Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in full spectrum of HR functions, focusing on recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations;
• Providing professional HR services and advices to line departments and employee;
• Identifying the training needs for all levels of staff and assisting in rolling out the performance management system;
• Assisting in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR & Administration policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. 
• Streamlining the HR work processes and monitor other ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree holder, with HR or business related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in all-round human resources management and at least 3 years in managerial roles. 
• Experience working within engineering or construction industry preferred.
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinances, MPF and related regulations.
• Conversant with the HK Labour Law
• Independent, flexible, highly organized and good interpersonal skills with positive thinking.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (English and Cantonese)
