Perform full spectrum administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director
Prepare agenda and minutes for various ordinary & extraordinary meetings
Handle daily business correspondences and compile monthly management reports
Manage diaries and schedules
Liaise with department heads to ensure accurate strategy execution and control
Participate in ad-hoc corporate project team as assigned

Job requirements

Higher Dipoma or above in any discipline
At least 3 years solid experience in administrative and secretarial support with PRC exposure
Excellent command of written English and Chinese
Persistent and proactive personality
Chinese Typing Skills
