Job Requirements
- High Diploma or related disciplines
- 3-5 years working experience in all-rounded office admin functions
- Experience in multinational corporations with good supervisory skills
- Self-motivated , able to work independently and willing to work over time if necessary
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ect
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal parties and vendors for all -rounded administration duties
- Provide administrative and secretarial support on both business and personal matters to the Director of the Company
- Responsible for daily appointments and meetings schedule
- Responsible for preparing various correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials
- Assist in reviewing and implementing the administration policies and procedures
