Job Requirements

  • High Diploma or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years working experience in all-rounded office admin functions
  • Experience in multinational corporations with good supervisory skills
  • Self-motivated , able to work independently and willing to work over time if necessary
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ect

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal parties and vendors for all -rounded administration duties
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support on both business and personal matters to the Director of the Company
  • Responsible for daily appointments and meetings schedule
  • Responsible for preparing various correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing the administration policies and procedures
