Responsibilities: 

• Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll calculation, benefits, insurances, taxation & MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner;
• Assist in annual C&B exercise including but not limited to budgeting, salary review & discretionary bonus;
• Assist in reviewing and implement C&B policies and procedures to meet business needs and local legislation compliances;
• Support participation in C&B survey and benchmarking;
• Negotiate with country HRs from Greater China & Southeast Asia on regional C&B projects;
• Responsible for the data consolidation and analysis, and compile C&B analytic reports for both local and regional;
• Participate in HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in C&B areas, preferably in retail industry; regional C&B exposure in sizable companies is definitely an advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office applications with advance Excel skills;
• Proactive, detail-minded, organized, attention to numbers and strong analytical skills;
• Good time management in fast paced working environment and job prioritizing, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and a good team player;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Less experience will be considered as HR Officer.
