Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded professional support to the Chairman
• Handle business correspondences, reports, proposal and confidential documents as required
• Facilitating and following-up on external and internal business affairs
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
• Manage meetings schedule and travel arrangements
• Managing daily workflows and business correspondence independently
• Following up a variety of assigned job tasks in a comprehensive and reliable manner;
• Handle incoming mails, emails and telephone calls in a professional manner

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Management/Marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent
• 4 years or above experience in relevant field
• Proactive, detail minded, multi-tasking, organized, can do attitude, willing to learn, flexible and fast speed
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, Independent and confident personality
• High proficiency in MS office, Power Point presentation and Chinese word processing
• Excellent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
