Responsibilities

• Ensure all HR operations are delivered efficiently and in compliance with global policies and local regulations
• Provide advice to site leaders on all-round HR issues
• Execute compensation and benefits processes for Hong Kong and Macau, including annual salary review and maintain local benefit plans (e.g. healthcare, insurance)
• Partner with local leaders to improve employee engagement and build diversity and inclusion, developing and implementing site plans that are aligned with the relevant global business unit plans

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in supervisory level
• With some regional exposure
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong, Macau employment law legislation and its diverse cultures
• Ability to build strong partnerships with top management and business leaders
• Strong coaching, influencing and negotiating skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
