• ŸAssisting recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
• Perform ad-hoc duty as assigned

Requirements:

• ŸMinimum 1 year experience in HR
• ŸDiploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• ŸWell versed in employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other related regulations
• ŸExcellent communication skills with all stakeholders
• ŸHigh proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• ŸProficient in MS Office (word, excel, power point and Chinese word processing)
• ŸStrong sense of responsibility, proactive, creative and team player
• ŸHave passion to develop career in social services
• ŸImmediate available is highly preferred
