Our client a Storage Vendor is looking to hire a Receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Support to the office, including greeting of visitors and handling of incoming phone calls
• Responsible for all incoming/outgoing mail and courier arrangements
• Coordinate the booking arrangement of conference rooms
• Assist in general routine administrative duties such as stationery orders, office equipment maintenance and other office supplies arrangements
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned by the staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist in a professional / multinational firm is preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate and work well with people from different levels and nationalities.
• Mature, pleasant, well-organized, customer service oriented and good telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
• A proactive, initiative and positive team player who is able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
