Responsibilities

• Participate and assist in full range of HR and Office Administration functions
• Handle daily operations, including recruitment, staff movement, payroll administration, employee benefits and leave record maintenance
• Responsible for general office administration, including printing, office supplies, facilities and equipment maintenance
• Assist in HR policies review and implementation of new initiatives

 Requirements

• Diploma graduate of HR Management or Business Administration
• At least 3 years work experience in Office Administration & Human Resource  
• Positive, proactive and able to work under pressure and tight time schedule
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
