Job Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical support to a team of 20 professional staff (such as photocopying, scanning, document filing, etc)
• Outdoor work is required (deliver/collect documents, perform bank transactions)
• Carry out ad hoc duties and assignments as required

 Key Requirements:  

• 2 years of above relevant working experience
• Good working knowledge of MS office applications
• Self-starter with ability to multi task while prioritising and working to deadlines
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English is preferred
