Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
C&B Projects (for local and foreign business units)
- Assist to enhance and improve C&B related working process.
- Prepare and execute annual manpower budget plan and conduct annual salary review.
- Consolidate the internal & external salary benchmarking for maintaining competitiveness in the market.
- Assist in job grading, bonuses, insurance renewal & administration and job evaluation structure.
- Assist in reviewing policies and employee handbook for continuous improvements.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
Business Partner
- Partner with local HR in foreign counties to monitor and give advice on HR related matters.
- Preparation of salary and staff benefit package including research of foreign countries when there is new business opportunity.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ experience ub HR.
- Hands-on experience in compensation & benefits, data management and reporting.
- Experience in handling job grading and benchmarking excercise is preferred.
- Experience in foreign countries administration will be an advantage.
- Detail-minded, well organized with a strong analytical mind, initiative and proactive.
- Excellent time management, able to prioritise work and work under pressure.
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
