Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead payroll and HRIS function for Hong Kong and Macau.
- Ensure full compliance of local employment and taxation law requirement
- Strictly follow the payroll payment schedule deadline for weekly and month pay cycle
- Partner with global HR team and local functions to ensure payroll is processed accurately and effectively
- Lead HR system implementation and enhancement projects
- Maintain HR web portal, policies to ensure the contents are up to date
- Review and ensure simple and effective payroll and HRIS process
- Drive annual insurance renewal projects
- Support the Employer’s Returns, share purchase program and LTI process
- Support people costing analysis and HR report generation
- Process review and ensure the payroll processes are satisfied according to audit requirements
- Other ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, Accounting or Human Resources background
- Minimum of 5-year solid payroll supervisory experience from sizeable MNC
- Strong leadership and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge and experience of process optimization project or system implementation is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Self-driven, proactive and independent work attitude
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
