Job Description

Responsibilities:  

  • Handling all the incoming calls, enquires and greeting guests or visitors and divert the calls to colleagues accordingly
  • Handling the printing for name cards, letterheads and envelopes
  • Sorting the incoming letter
  • Dispatch the document from courier to colleagues and arrange courier arrangement
  • Co-ordinate the conference room schedule in daily
  • Liaise with Management office to repair the lighting and air-condition.
  • Prepare staff cards

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferable with financial institutions
  • Good spoken English and preferably Mandarin
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Be able to respond to changes and prioritize tasks
  • Immediately available is an advantage
