A leading Relocation company in the area is currently expanding their department and requires an experienced professional with knowledge and experience in H.R.

• Source, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings.
• Endorse career opportunities within the company for the China region.
• Perform total rewards market competition and employee benefits analysis on a regular basis.
• Develop and implement recruitment, selection and on-boarding process with the aim of hiring and retaining talent.
• Plan, deliver, and monitor effectiveness of training and development programs.
• Ensure training and development objectives are met.
• Work in partnership with the management to drive organizational transformation, employee engagement and recognition.
• Promote and implement the corporate culture.
• Draft and edit company bulletins/ brochures and publications.
• Plan company events.
• Act as backup when any HR team member is absent. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, HR related certification would be preferred.
• Sufficient oral and written English skill
• Good computer skills (Word/Excel/PPT)
• 5+ years above Human Resources management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent and good problem resolving abilities, team player with can-do attitude.
