Responsibilities:

• Ensure an efficient operation in HR policies and processes but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management and rewards/retention
• Understand the brand’s workforce capability and capacity needs
• Drive cultural integration and engagement via training programs and career development
• Ensure ‘on the ground’ presence of HR function to apply efficiently customer service/support attitude

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years of solid HR working experience in FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and able to liaise at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
