The Group is seeking potential candidate to fill this position. The candidate shall possess proficient experience with group consolidation accounting for a SEHK listed organization, be conversant with HK accounting standards and their application. The position shall require the oversight of regulatory reporting requirements including interim and annual financial account reporting, taxation, and other regulatory reporting requirements. Strong internal control acumen and ability to review and revise policies proposals for the corporate governance of financial assets and resources of the group. Have treasury management experience and the utilization of group funding.

The applicant shall have the following attributes and experience:

• University degree in relevant field and the attainment of professional bodies qualification
• Have at least 4 years exposure at a senior level HK listed company environment or equivalent
• Proficient communication and presentation skills
• Proficient language skills (English, Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Good leadership and management skills to oversee projects and finance team
