Job Purpose:

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our parents and children, with the key aim of serving our lovely children and parents

Duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Invoicing & chasing account
• 1 year relevant experience in rooms reservation preferred;
• Familiar with MS Office applications;
• Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua an advantage;
• Handling room procedures and front desk duties;
• Keep service records, issue sales invoices and follow up payments
• Provide information to callers
• Greet persons entering organization

Wages: competitive hourly rate
Working hours: Flexible shift available
