Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop training programs to support business expansion
• Liaise with line managers to understand their training needs and design the program to fit their needs
• Deliver training courses to both managerial and operational employees and evaluate the effectiveness for further enhancement and improvement
• Provide well-organized documentation including training materials, manuals and other documents
• Engage in HR projects, such as succession planning, talent management and associate program
• Support overseas factories and conduct training as required
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ working experience in designing and delivering training program, manufacturing environment preferable
• Energetic, proactive, initiative and customer service oriented
• Proficiency in presentation tools, i.e. Power Point / Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Frequent travel to overseas
• Station in Zhongshan is required
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Assistant Manager – Training & Development
