Job Description
Our client, a leading Manufacturing company are looking to hire a Mobility & Culture Manager for their growing operations in Beijing.
The role will deal with expatriate issues in connection to the legal compliance, as well as supporting assignees in their adaptation during the assignment.
Roles & responsibilities
- Guarantee the legal process of the inbound and outbound population, including, tax, immigration, law and labor.
- Ensure all arrangements with the asignees are met.
- Supporting the asignee throughout the whole relocation process. Supporting the asignees with arrangements such as house search, school search, and language lessons.
- Deal with expatriates employees, including professional development and contract termination.
- Act as an interface between H.R and different departments.
- Have a good grasp of employee’s expectations in order to shape company culture.
- Hold monthly meetings to improve lateral communications and ensure the employee’s voice is being heard.
- Review and prepare staff on boarding plans according to the employees specific needs.
- Liaise with the corporate diversity team to ensure proper implementation of the mixing of different parties.
- Build up the company’s profile with different businesses and organisations, such as schools, universities, government and non-government institutions
Key experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Between 3 – 5 years of Global Mobility experience
- Fluent English is essential.
- Good computer skills
