Position Summary
 
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the Regional lateral recruitment team on experienced hiring requisition and FTI’s Campus Recruitment campaigns across Asia.  The coordinator will ensure that there is a high level touch point with candidates across the various levels and across the geographies in APAC.
 
Key Responsibilities

Lateral Recruitment
  • Manage job postings and candidate experience via Taleo
  • Screen applicant CV’s and transcripts
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in handling candidate inquiries
  • Prepare and draft offer letters
  • Monitor and coordinate background checks, 
  • Assist in the on-boarding experience for new joiners
  • Assist in processing of visa application/renewals where required
Campus Recruitment
  • Assist in the planning , initiation and coordination of all HR aspects of the internship/graduate recruitment schemes for Asia.
  • Prepare marketing materials and keep inventory (i.e. brochures, gifts, etc.) up to date
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment events such as and assessment days  across Asia),
  • Assist End to end recruitment process including attraction, identity candidates and offer presentation.
  • Responsible for contract preparation and on-boarding arrangements
  • Generate reports and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

General

  • Manage relationship with external Recruitment related vendors
  • Work closely with our global team to suggest best practices  for recruitment process
  • Salary bench-marking exercise as needed
  • Any other duties as required
 
 Key Requirements
  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Possess at least 2 years of recruitment experience in sizeable MNC organizations
  • Campus/graduate recruitment experience in professional services or financial services firms preferred
  • Excellent communications in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin preferable
  • Good time management and an organised approach to tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent client service experience
  • The ability to take responsibility for own work
  • A professional and positive attitude, remaining patient at all times and calm under pressure
  • Ability to spot areas of improvement and bring new ideas to the table
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential
