Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage investor relations, corporate public relations, communications and image strategies/ programs
• Design and execute investor relations programs to deliver the Company's key messages to the finance community
• Organize and formulate investment presentations and conduct investor meetings, conferences and roadshows
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press release, annual report, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• 5 years’ experience in HK Listed Company with Corporate Communication / Investor Relations experience in a reputable investment bank or securities firm
• Good connection with investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Self-starter, good team player, able to work independently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediately available preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager
