Duties

• Supervise and manage daily operation of 24 /7 IT support team
• Perform regular system monitoring, data backup, server administration
• Provide in-house support on all IT aspects including hardware, software and network troubleshooting
• Assist in project implementation and develop and establish IT policies and guidelines

Requirements

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in support; or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in support
• Experience in air freight industry would be an advantage
• Solid hands-on experience in Windows Server, Solaris 10, Linux, Shell Script, Apache, Oracle 11g R2, Weblogic 12c and VMware 6
• Experience in installation of software, server hardware (Sun Server, HP Server, NetApp/EMC Storage) and networking equipment
• Knowledge on Cisco Networking, Wi-Fi, Firewall, IPS, Load-balancer, DNS and TCP/IP
• Possess good sense of responsibilities, strong analytical, problem-solving and good interpersonal skills
• Experience of managing and prioritizing incidents and managing of Service Level Agreement
• Holder of MCSE, CCNP, ITIL, VCP and PMP are preferred
• Mature, self-motivated and a good team player
• Shift duty is required
