Job Description

Job duties:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting on Linux/Windows workstation, server and network
Perform Linux server installation, maintenance and testing
Prepare documentation for server setup and administration

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Computer / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline
Solid experience in Linux server setup and administration
Good knowledge and experience in LAN implementation, administration and network troubleshooting
Good analytical and problem solving skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in PHP and MySQL is an advantage
Experience in customer services preferable
Minimum 1 year experience in technical support
