Our client is a Hong Kong sizable property developer and listed in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Lead the whole finance team; ensure the financial and management accounts are report on timely and accurate bases.

• To prepare consolidation, management reporting and operational analysis

• To oversee business segments’ operation and monitor the treasury management

• To Liaison with bankers for project financing

• Perform other ad hoc projects as request

   

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant, with professional qualification of ACCA / HKICPA and big 4 experience

• At least 12-15 years of accounting and financial experience, solid working experience in consolidation and treasury functions.

• Previous experience in HK sizable property developer is an advantage

• Mature, responsive and with good interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
