Objective:

• To support continuous business growth by providing customer services to business units and operations
• To meet all designated service & conservation KPIs with designated timelines on all operational related areas are achieved

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer services and complaints with proper resolution to customer, agent and broker
• Handle incoming enquiries, email and correspondence with outbound service call
• Exploit opportunities to retain conservation to existing customers
• Perform administrative duties related to service support
• Facilitate business and operations departments in executing new business initiatives/projects
• Support any ad hoc job duties related to customer service

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in Insurance Industry
• High Proficient in spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skill
• Proactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressure
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
